Policies

DISCOUNTS:

Senior Tuesday: 10% off everything in the store to customers 55 years of age and older.

Birthday Special: 20% off purchases, one time during the month of your birthday.

EOU Students: 10% off purchases at all times with EOU Student ID.

Therapy Rewards:  You get every $5.00 punched at time of purchase for regular priced merchandise; this does not apply to sales items or class fees. When your key tag is full, you will receive $10.00 off your  purchase. Fill out the label on the tag with your name and phone number and you will be entered in a drawing for a PRIZE.

Gift Certificates available.

Special Orders: Limited special orders available.  Pre-payment of 50% required at time of order.  Final cost may include shipping & handling if applicable. All special orders must be placed with Faith.

Class Policies

Pre-registration & payment is required prior to each class: Payment is required at the time of registration; we will not hold your spot unless you have paid. Registration by phone requires credit card payment.

After registering for the class: You will receive a 10% discount on supplies and materials needed for the class.

If you cannot attend the class: You may send someone in your place. Please let us know of the substitution.

We have four sewing machines available for classes: If you choose to bring your own, make sure your sewing machine is in good working order. We cannot fix or repair your machine.

Please bring: All supplies as required on supply list to each class.

Please: Arrive on time & come prepared.

No refunds: For late cancellations & no shows. Please give us 5 days notice so that we may give you a full refund.
